A badge appears on a merchant's listings in its own category and next to their name. It marks a professional trader on a paid plan. It is a trust signal, not a substitute for inspecting what you are buying.

High-value trades that close after a viewing or inspection. These listings carry no Buy button. The primary action is booking a visit.

What the badge means
Two kinds of check, and we say which
Most badges confirm a paying professional trader. Three go further, because vouching for them carelessly would cause real harm.
Paid and active
The merchant holds a Wampo5 seller membership and pays for the badge in their category. It tells you they are trading as a business and have something to lose. It is not an inspection of their stock, so check what you are buying as you would anywhere.
Documents checked by Wampo5
Verified Breeder, Verified Mining Contractor, Verified Employer are not granted on payment. Wampo5 reviews the merchant's registration and identity documents first, and the badge only appears once a person has approved it. Payment buys the review, not the badge.
No badge of either kind means Wampo5 guarantees an item, a job or an animal. A genuine job advert never asks you to pay for the job, and no legitimate seller needs a deposit before you have seen what you are buying.

What the badge does for you
A badge tells you what kind of seller you are dealing with before you commit money or a trip across town.
Spot the badge
A Verified badge shows on the listing and beside the seller's name, and it names the trade: Verified Dealership, Verified Plug, Verified Tradesman. It marks a professional on a paid plan, not a one-off seller.
Buy, or book a visit
Retail badges keep the ordinary Buy button and BuySafe. Where the sale closes in person (vehicles, property, plant, animals) there is no Buy button at all: you pick a slot from the merchant's own availability and see them face to face first.
Inspect, then pay
The badge signals a professional seller. It is not a guarantee, and never a reason to skip due diligence. Ask for the papers, the IMEI, the title deed or the animal's records, and never pay a deposit for something you have not seen.
For sellers
How to get verified
Built for dealerships and agencies that live on repeat, high-value listings. The verified tiers sit on top of a seller membership: you need an active Silver plan or higher to take one out. No paperwork, and activation is instant on payment.
Be on Silver or higher
Verified tiers are for established traders, so they open up once you hold an active Silver seller plan or above. Then choose the Dealership or Realtor tier and pay the flat monthly or annual fee with EcoCash, OneMoney, card or your account balance. Your badge goes live the moment payment clears.
Set up bookings
Complete a short onboarding form with your location, hours and appointment preferences to switch on the on-platform test-drive / viewing scheduler.
List without limits
Wampo5 never charges you to post a listing, and verified Dealership and Realtor plans include unlimited listings, so you can keep your whole forecourt or portfolio live. Renewal reminders arrive before the plan lapses.
